Exchange Policy

At Natasha Schweitzer, we take pride in crafting timeless pieces of exceptional quality. Our commitment to excellence
extends to our customer service, ensuring a seamless experience should you require a return, exchange, or adjustment.

We are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note, we do not offer refunds with the exception of faulty items upon inspection by our jewellers.

Items purchased during a promotional period are subject to the promotional conditions in place at the time of purchase.


Extended Exchange Period | Holiday Gifting

An extended exchange policy applies for all full-priced pieces purchased from the 1st December 2025 until 16th January 2026. For items purchased before the 1st December, our standard 14 day exchange policy applies. Pieces must fit the criteria of our standard exchange policy to be eligible for the extended exchange policy.

Post Christmas Workshop Closure | Extended Production Timelines

Production will be paused for our workshop closure from the 23rd December, re-opening on the 7th January.
Please note, all orders placed after the 23rd December will commence production from the 7th January.
This must be considered when calculating production timelines during this period.

Rings

We are pleased to offer a complimentary first-time resize for rings purchased within 14 days.

- Resizing services for rings purchased beyond the 14-day period, or for additional resizes, will incur a fee based on the complexity of the adjustment.

- All resizes and alterations are subject to an evaluation to ensure technical feasibility before proceeding.

- A significant ring resizing to fit a different finger than originally intended is considered a change of mind and will incur a fee.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be exchanged within 14 days if they remain unworn and in brand-new condition. All exchanges are subject to assessment prior to approval.

Chains

If you require a different chain length, we offer an exchange for your preferred size within or the option to add an adjustable link within 14 days.

- Extensions beyond our standard sizes or requested beyond the 14-day period will incur a fee, quoted upon assessment. 

- Chain extensions will incur a fee, quoted upon request. As a guide, fine Italian chains in 9k yellow gold are charged at $10 per cm and $10 per adjustable link.
